斑点嗜蓝孢孔菌发酵液的化学成分研究

Study on the Chemical Composition of the Fermentation Broth of Fomitiporia punctata

摘要: 目的:研究传统药用真菌斑点嗜蓝孢孔菌Fomitiporia punctata 发酵液中的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶色谱
和液相色谱、制备HPLC等手段对斑点嗜蓝孢孔菌发酵液的乙酸乙酯提取物进行分离纯化,利用核磁共振波谱和质谱等方法
鉴定化合物结构。结果:从斑点嗜蓝孢孔菌发酵液中分离得到6个化合物,分别是punctatin A(1)、3β-hydroxycinnamolide(2)、
Cyclo(L-Pro-L-Tyr)(3)、Cyclo-4-hydroxy-(L-Pro-L-Leu)(4)、5-羟甲基糠醛(5)和对羟基苯甲酸(6)。结论:化合物1 为新化
合物,化合物1~6 为首次从斑点嗜蓝孢孔菌中分离得到。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the chemical composition of the fermentation broth of the traditional medicinal fungus
Fomitiporia punctata. Methods: The ethyl acetate extract of the fermentation broth of F. punctata was isolated and purified using
silica gel column chromatography, gel chromatography, liquid chromatography, and preparative HPLC. The structures of the isolated
compounds were identified by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and mass spectra. Results: Six compounds were isolated from
the fermentation broth of F. punctata, namely punctatin A (1), 3β -hydroxycinnamolide (2), Cyclo(L-Pro-L-Tyr) (3), Cyclo-4-
hydroxy-(L-Pro-L-Leu) (4), 5-hydroxymethyl furfural (5) and p-hydroxybenzoic acid (6). Conclusion: Compound 1 is a new
compound, and compounds 1-6 are isolated from F. punctata for the first time.
